NOTE Cycle Horse Power Inc. cases are only guaranteed to fit with Harley Davidson™. Aftermarket parts will not work with these cases. We recommend using a Harley Davidson Certified Tech™ to put these cases together.
TERMS All purchases require 75% down, In God we trust all others pay cash. Orders, to anywhere other than continental United States, requires Full payment prior to shipping. In the event of a substantial increase in price you will be notified before shipment is made. Special orders require a deposit. No cancellations on special orders etc. once a deposit is received. NO CASH REFUNDS. WARRANTY All products manufactured by Cycle Horse Power are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship. We do not warrant any work not done by Cycle Horse Power Inc. All items subject to repairs or replacement at our discretion. All cases are built to spec, we are not responsible for the fit of aftermarket products. SHIPPING All orders are shipped freight collect. Shipment will be made by UPS, FED-X, DHL or Roadway Express. All claims for damage in transit must be made against the carrier. REFUSED ORDERS Any customer who refuses an order will be required to pay in advance on any future orders. NO CASH REFUNDS! RETURNS No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without our authorization All returns must be prepaid and insured for your protection. Any goods accepted for credit must be in new condition and in new original containers and will be credited at your cost less 25% restocking charge. Replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of an error on the part of our organization. Such claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. IF YOU CUT IT, DRILL IT, TORCH IT, PAINT IT, GRIND IT, OR ALTER THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY OTHER WAY YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT!
